According to whom? Kash Patel? Kristy Noem?
I would take that with a huge grain of salt, any competent shooter with a halfway decent rifle would've hit those ICEholes, sorry, but my skepticism at this claim, not from you but from the news outlets, coming from Kash or Kristy is highly suspect, given their statements recently about going after "left wing" radical groups.
