I'm just thinking that strategically I don't know it's the best idea for Democrats to publicly burn him like Larry Summers and anyone else who could be useful that didn't act perfectly how we'd want. The Katie Johnson case was, IMHO, a hoax (and not by "Katie Johnson", I don't think there even IS, exactly, a Katie Johnson IRL), but leaving that aside I think the gist of what he's saying is just a comment on Trump's ability to get away with *everything*. And he was right on that count
