He definitely doesn't speak for them. He does not get to wrap their country up with a bow, and give it to Putin for xmas.

I'm sure that Putin will say--Sure, we'll go for that, and Ukraine will be blamed for not falling in line with their, "peace." trump needs to just get the hell out of the middle of this, and let someone competent and neutral--no one associated with this administration--negotiate between Ukraine and Russia.
