the use of the military in civilian law enforcement action.

It appears to overrule the 'Insurrection Act' of 1807 which allowed use of US troops to intervene in law enforcement agaainst civilians, but you never know nowadays with rethugs running rampant in higher reaches of government now. The trump cabal might just take matters to the corrupt SCOTUS 6 to get permission to us the US military against civilians.
