I swear if a single Democrat says nice things about McConnell

now he’s announcing—ad nauseum—that he’s not seeking reelection, I will throw things. NOT A SINGLE POSITIVE WORD.

He’s in the top echelon of the sonsabitches that got us here. This self-congratulatory speech is disgusting. He’s disgusting. His disgusting face is disgusting. NOT ONE WORD.

That traitor (MC) to our Constitution and democracy is on the same level as the asset agents T & M. Their mission is already accomplished. Well done, you excuse for an American patriot. For 10 years you undermined our elections. You obstructed every step of the way to game Supreme Court confirmations. Your legacy will be one of disgrace, for you betrayed the very oath of office as a senator-that is, to defend our country from enemies within and outside. Any accolades afforded you will be cheers of relief because your consumption of oxygen will end and be given to the likes of valuable human beings.

The eulogies -- from Democratic Presidents he did his best to undermine -- will be sickening. When he dies, every flag in the nation will be flown at half staff and he will lie in state in the Capitol Rotunda. History will call him "great" and "significant" and compare him to John C. Calhoun, which will actually be sneaky irony in reality.

They will probably even name a warship after him.

He could have swayed other republicans to vote for conviction and trump could have never run for office again. It would have been a done deal as far as elections go. So many reason why we are here now, but McConnell is a big one. So many others to blame, but McConnell is the main reason. I hate them all for what we are forced to suffer through because of this idiot and his side kick. I pray this comes back to haunt them all.

The motherfucker has been attempting to look like a moral human being lately, but he missed the boat on that when he denied President Obama the chance to nominate a Supreme Court Justice (and it's my opinion that Garland would have been a far better Justice than AG), and then his failure to convict tRump. Good riddance.

1. Created out of whole cloth an imaginary rule that said Obama could not appoint a replacement for Antonin Scalia, clearly ignoring the Constitution.

2. Supported Trump and everything he did.

3. Shepherded and passed the largest tax cut for the uber rich in U.S. history stacking 8 trillion dollars in 4 years on the American debt.

4. Ignored #1 (above) and jammed Amy Coney Barrett on the Supreme Court with days to go in the 2020 election.

5. Voted to acquit, rather than convict Trump, twice. He had the sole power in his hands to end the lunacy that is going on today and put history back on the right path. He instead tried to have it both ways: a strong, truthful, post January 6 speech, but then a vote for acquittal.

6. Stacking SCOTUS and lower courts with right wing judges (thankfully Biden and the Senate Dems undid the lower court damage by putting more judges on the bench than he did).

7. I will stop for now but there's much, much, more to say about McTurtle. History will be very unkind to him.
