If A Defense Secretary in a Democratic Administration had Done what Hegseth did

The Right would be hysterical if someone in a democratic administration did what Hegseth did. 24/7 coverage of how our national security is under threat, the incompetence of the administration, how horrible this makes American look around the globe.

But above all else, every single Republican who could get in front of a camera or on the radio would be DEMANDING HEGSETH RESIGN. Inevitably, the Democratic president would feel the heat and ask for the Secretary of Defense's resignation.

So why are Democrats screaming in unison that Hegseth resign? Of course, Trump wouldn't bow to the demand, but damn it, this is how you SHAPE PUBLIC OPINION! Why doesn't the Democratic Party understand this?

1. Hearings would already be set

The outrage from the right would be thru the roof.

Every show would be drilling it into our collective heads that we were in mortal danger because of Dems.

And Biden saying he didn't know would be because he was senile of course.

3. I think what enrages me more than anything else about Republicans

is that they lie, cheat, and steal with those smug, entitled smirks on their faces while attempting to destroy Democrats for way less and the media lets them get away with it.
