This seems so unconstitutional and illegal. There must be a way to get rid of it. How did it get created and permitted in the first place?

American Oversight has one going and they recently filed for additional information like this:
The newly-added FOIA requests seek the release of Musks calendars and communication records, including with right-wing policy and litigation groups, since Trumps January 2025 inauguration, as well as records detailing Musks employment, official job title, and salary at DOGE.
Using the search term "lawsuits against Doge," you will turn up page after page. Some of them are about witnesses, though.
Litigation Tracker is terrific. I posted about it here as soon as trump started with his executive orders. However, you almost have to go through them one by one to get to the Doge suits.
