Has anyone watched "Frozen Gold" on The Weather Channel?

I just finished watching an episode, and they said it’s believed that Greenland (the setting) has the largest untapped gold reserve in the world.

Bingo! I think we now know why TSF is so eager to get Greenland. ( and why Vance said on his trip that China and Russia both want it, too).

I have seen similar ones on the History Channel. But again, I take any show like that with skepticism in regards to what is going on with Greenland. If it was true that supposedly gold was found there, I would think Denmark and Greenland would have known that for some time and probably would have only allowed some people to be there. Plus considering that like Iceland and Australia, most of the inhabited places in Greenland are mostly on the coast, there probably wouldn't be a whole lot of places to look and anything that would be in the interior would require a major operation.
