White House has shared a Studio Ghibli-style illustration of woman in tears during her arrest by ICE

The White House has shared a Studio Ghibli-style illustration of a real-life convicted drug dealer in tears during her arrest by federal immigration agents.

The image was posted on a White House social media account hosted by X, formerly Twitter, along with photographs of the arrest.

Newsweek has contacted the White House and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for comment via email.
