Weird priorities. Obviously it could be complicated by the degree of research that’s worth investing in; or by years lost.
Seems dumb to cut any of them to zero, especially when there’s always knowledge transfer from one area to another. I think the different parts of the body each have different things to teach.

The rich believe all the money in the world belongs to them.
And they are not going to spend it on keeping sick people alive.

They literally want to purge this country of the undesirables including the disabled, the elderly, the sick, and those who aren't white males or their pickme women allies.

These people are right out of Nazi Germany.

Your condition, from what I understand, is complex and can't depend on a patchwork of existing specialists. It is one of many diseases that a global response merits. The US used to be an integral part of the W.H.O. and other world-wide health organizations. Now, we're a spoiled-brat player.
