Jesus taught that there are people born as "eunuchs," neither fully male nor female. And others who make that choice.

Matthew 19:1-12,
“For there are eunuchs who were born that way, and there are eunuchs who have been made eunuchs by others—and there are those who choose to live like eunuchs for the sake of the kingdom of heaven. The one who can accept this should accept it.”

So more than 2,000 years ago Jesus taught that intersex and trans people exist, and he welcomed them into the kingdom of heaven.
