How are markets going positive

We live in a country of significant market manipulation. How are our markets going positive when every other country is on fire?!? I mean the NASDAQ is fucking positive (it was positive .77 as I write this). Nothing makes sense.

And making money from stocks they didn’t own that they sold at higher prices last week. If I was still trading stocks like I did when I was working in the investment banking industry I would be doing the same thing.
