Chris Hayes is interviewing the disabled vet who was detained tonight

on his show. I'm watching on a delay, but his show is shown again later if you missed it. Duers have been decrying the lack of coverage of this story, so good for him.

George Retes and before that did a good summary about what happened beforehand. It's at the very end of Chris's show!

I admit to not knowing a lot about this appalling detention and I wish it would receive more coverage. To me, it seemed like he let George do much of the talking and at least provided the facts of the case which are terrifying.

who could respond to a question, "what happened.?" He was a bit shy and Chris needed to help him by doing better lead in questions.

Fist off for starters, we know nothing about the vet's military service, nothing was explained. Explaining about his service would have hammered home the point.

I didn't like the rhetorical question that Chris asked him about did you think you did anything wrong? The vet's answer was spot on, however, when he said the ICE goons were in the wrong.

It just seemed to me that Chris didn't prepare for that interview, maybe I am nitpicking, at least he gave him air time.

This is what I wanted Dems to do with their town halls, put faces to the issues, have people who are being harmed by Krasnov's agenda tell their stories. Could do that with all of the other issues.
