Trump plans on using the justice system to delay all the evidence.

It is reported that he plans on requesting a judge release all the "pertinent" evidence from the Grand Jury. If he can find the right Judge, then he can get one that refuses his request. That is what he wants. Then he can get the delay that he desperately wants and needs to put this behind him and continue his daily grift of robbing the American people of everything they have ever worked for. Time has always been an ally of Trump. Just wait, we will know in about two weeks...

This is his modus operandi.

4. Delay will only make the conspiratorial thinkers more suspicious. This a court of public opinion matter not real court.

I am sort of surprised Trump sees this as a threat. I see why the GOP does, as they looking like they are covering for him damages their already risky position for holding Congress going into the 2026 midterms. But Trump will never face formal charges and even if we Dems take back the House and Senate, while their may be moves on impeachment, the results will be what they were before, nothing.

5. It doesn't work that way. Grand jury materials are confidential

and can't be released on Trump's or Bondi's order - a judge would have to approve it, and no judge is likely to approve a very extraordinary request for the release of a grand jury transcript. And even if a transcript were released it would contain only the evidence the prosecution presented as probable cause for an indictment - not actual proof of any crime, which is what the actual trial is for. It would be meaningless. And what would be delayed if a transcript isn't released? There's no legal action pending right now to delay, and the scandal will continue unabated now that the WSJ came out with the article about the creepy letter. Transcript/no transcript won't make a damn bit of difference.
