which means the US Mint is trolling the American people, which in someways is even more disturbing.

went even further by passing the Circulating Collectible Coin Redesign Act of 2020, which allows for commemorative $1 coins to be minted for a single year but “No head and shoulders portrait or bust of any person, living or dead, may be included in the design on the specified coins.
