They are a trove of of evidence proving vindictive prosecutions against people he dislikes. Watch it get some cases dismissed.

To punish them, and intimidate the citizens.

"Beshear is part of a coalition of Democratic governors and attorneys general from 23 states and the District of Columbia who on Wednesday filed an amicus brief supporting Oregon’s court challenge to Trump’s deployment of National Guard troops in Portland."

https://www.seattletimes.com/seattle-news/politics/as-ag-bob-ferguson-vastly-expanded-his-office-to-focus-on-consumer-lawsuits/

He vastly expanded the size and reach of the office, establishing himself as one of the country's most aggressive filers of consumer protection and antitrust actions.

His office has racked up more than 800 lawsuit wins and $2.8 billion in recoveries from corporations alleged to have wronged Washington residents. That includes settlements from drug companies accused of fueling the opioid epidemic, hospitals that charged illegal fees and food companies that fixed prices...

the now Gov Ferguson was the WA state Attorney General at the time of the 45 debacle, and he was the first or one of the first state AG's to sue that administration during that time.

I was damned proud of him between 2017 and early 2021 and I'm proud of him now.

And, clearly, in terms of lawyerly-ness, he runs circles around c-word Blondie.

But when we finally get our country back, every member of the regime who abused their office and betrayed and inflicted unimaginable harm on the people who call this nation home must face justice.

When the time comes, there must be prosecutions. We must not allow our electeds to pull another "let's just move on and make sure it doesn't happen again" bullshit, as when Obama refused to prosecute those who committed war crimes in our name.

And not like the refusal to prosecute Bush 1 for his complicity in Iran contra...

And so many other times leaders have refused to bring perpetrators to account and just "make sure it doesn't happen again." (The collapse of the world economy due to mortgage fraud comes to mind.)

Without accountability -- complete accountability -- the crimes against us just keep happening. And just keep getting worse.
