(178,576 posts)I remember biting my nails during that last Cubs game. For no good reason, I had a premonition that this series would go seven games like the Cubs did that great year.

(7,047 posts)Probably more exciting than this one just because the Cubs had such a long-running "curse" and had not won a World Series, famously, since 1908. Then they looked poised for yet another late inning collapse, but managed to pull it out in extra innings after a rain delay. For that matter, even the Indians had a long-running losing streak, not having won since 1945.
