The light has gone on for me. I now understand that a lot of time Im not talking to her but the
disease and now if she says the same thing 3 times in 10 minutes great tell me all about it.
It is what it is and if I can pull it off in a little bit I will be in New Germany State Park in Western Maryland.
I dont think I can climb and ski the trails like I used to but it will be fun.

As I age and become less able to see a positive path for my future, I wish there were ways to nicely bid adieu without the medical-industrial-funerary crap.

I have suffered from sleep issues. 3 grams/day (the lowest dose) helped me achieve more distinct waking states and more effective sleep right away.
Accepting decline is hard but helpful. I am not suggesting that you back off of that but 11% is 11%
