His gun should have never been pulled to begin with.

He had it out prior to her making any movement. And she was not moving toward him to run him over. It wasn’t even close.

The third agent is mistake hidden from view by the second agent and the hood of the car.

I had to watch it several times before I realized there were 3 ICE thugs there, not just 2.

ETA - he wasn't in front of her after she turned her wheels to maneuver out of the street, but he was close.

I haven't found a video with a clear view of the ICE agent.

That said, the woman clearly was moving her car out of the middle of the street, by backing up and re-angling to avoid hitting the car in her right.

I'm pretty sure that was what she was ordered to do as the ICE agents exited their car. (It was in the first video posted - from the right side of the car.)

she was FUCKING leaving, there was no justification for this use of any force, much less deadly force.
