ICE is Krasnov's Private Police

That much is clear. To figure out what Krasnov is doing, I listen to what he says.

Here is my best extrapolation of Krasnov's plans.

ICE is building but the current use is a distraction. Their job is what will select them to be able to take illegal commands and implement them without question or remorse.

Krasnov plans to push with them until he can declare an insurrection.

He plans to use them to keep the wrong people from voting. People can expect to be harassed and arrested if they try to vote. There will be excuses about keeping illegals from voting.

ICE right now is the equivalent of Brown Shirts. I expect them to evolve to become SS.
