Question on Minnesota investigating the shooting. (don't get me wrong, i'm NOT blaming anybody here), but

Could someone help me understand why the Minnesota AG could not get a court order and search this shooters house as soon as the shooters name was released, and people were observed helping moving stuff out of shooters home? I'm having trouble understanding this. I feel local and or state police could have taped off this area for local investigation, even though FBI took over the investigation.

Which is why they didn't get one???

Which begs another question.

Why didn't they?

3. Similar Question On The Isolating The Original Crime Scene.....

didn't seem like that was happening to me. Too loose. Forensic evidence that could have helped in figuring out the crime scene (i.e., trajectory measurements; wheel direction of the car; was the foot of the deceased woman in the car stuck on or depressed on the accelerator; etc) seemed to be neglected.

Isolating the ICE members that were on the scene at the time.

Did anyone talk with the deceased woman's passenger to determine what was being said and what was happening as the shots were fired.

Seemed like a very unprofessional assessment of the crime scene from a time and accuracy standpoint.

WTH? IF This continues in every state we can kiss shit goodbye. We cannot act scared to these bastards. I just do nor understand how state laws work, that's why i question things not done right. Could this be just a misjudgement by Min, AG?

a murder scene. They were packing it up and leaving immediately. It takes cops awhile to get where they're going when called.

He was drug tested, right? Surrendered his weapon? Put on immediate Administrative leave...

Oh wait, no

Actually I don't think there's any problem with casting some blame here. Did MN law enforcement even TRY to insert themselves in this process?

Then two hours later, the FBI took everything and told them they were off the case.
Probably as soon as political official reviewed the shooter's cellphone video.
