One thing I haven't heard...

...They've posted the ICE regulations for shooting someone, and they were clearly violated, but I didn't see it pointed out anywhere that if a vehicle is heading toward you, and you fear being run down, shooting the driver is not going to stop the vehicle!

The stupidity evidenced by the powers that be is just phenomenal. Every week I think it can't get worse, and it gets worse.

So no, shooting the driver does not halt the vehicle.
