ICE has ZERO authority to make traffic stops or grab people off the streets.

Yet they have been doing it since the beginning, and nobody cares about stopping them. So far, not one mayor, governor, chief of police,etc.. instructed the local LEOs to intervene and stop ICE from breaking the law.
