The police chief of Mpls said they get calls from residents about abandoned vehicles left in various locations even in the middle of a street, sometimes with doors open, sometimes with pets inside. The people are just kidnapped!!!

ICE doesn't even call the real police about a vehicle they leave behind after they kidnap someone!
