If that agent really felt Ms Good was trying to run him over and his life was in peril, why did he shoot her?
How was that supposed to stop the car?
Did it stop the car?
No. Of course the car continued to roll without hitting him, and he knew when he shot her that it would..
It sounds a lot more like he shot her because of anger issues instead of self defense.
Those are questions he wouldn't want to answer on a witness stand.

The first clearly shows the officer's feet and body were to the left and out of the path of the vehicle, with the SUV's front wheels turned sharply to the right as it moved forward and away. Shots 2 and 3 don't need further clarification. The only officer in contact with the SUV is the one trying to open the door.

The person who posted this sounds like a prosecuting attorney (maybe?).
This is how cases are presented in court, and this is how evidence is described to juries. If that ICE-goon is ever prosecuted, he'll probably be advised to plead guilty to a lesser charge. There's no way he'll get off without a conviction and prison sentence.

(31,263 posts)like the Gestapo do. They could have arrested her at her home if they thought she committed a crime.
The problem with acting like a real cop is that they would need a warrant and the Gestapo doesn't do warrants, this is the problem, they aren't real cops.

(40,207 posts)First, putting himself to the front of the vehicle. Then killing the driver which potentially put anyone down the street at risk as the vehicle was no longer under control and only stopped when it slammed into that other car which was parked.

(17,939 posts)and he switched hands from videoing her car from his right to his left, the theory being that maneuver showed his mindset to draw and handle his weapon from his right hand before the vehicle was in motion. I could see how that showed his intentions.
Not to mention that a car with a deceased driver is also weaponized, so that whole theory about her causing danger wasnt a real concern since he disabled her himself, causing danger to others. (as you noted).

(115,122 posts)....it showed him getting out of his vehicle, which he had parked in such a way to block Ms Good. Then he walked to the front of her vehicle and pulled out his weapon. Why? Then he saw her back up a bit and turn her wheels to leave, or flee as they might say. It was then he stepped from in front of Ms Good's car and shot thru the corner of her windshield. As she pulled away, he leaned into her vehicle, pointed the gun at her face, and pulled the trigger twice. That is what I saw.
What was I supposed to have seen?

(52,221 posts)I am surprised more people haven't pointed that out. You don't stop a moving car by shooting the driver. That would be suicidal if you were standing in front of the car. Meanwhile, that moving car with a dead driver could have hit bystanders.

The regime has his immunity hard-wired. His heroism will be celebrated....just like Ashley Babbit.
This is how dictatorship works.
