But the FCC (read: Breakdown Carr, the head of the FCC) decided to dump a load onto CBS about the 'equal time clause'. So, Colbert posted it on Youtube and it had something like 500,000 views within two hours.

That was this morning. Now, Youtube is down.

Coincidence?

Or, is it?
