The Ballroom

I've searched and cannot find news of a new architect being engaged to draw up the plans for the ballroom.

The last set of drawings were student level schematics. Then he fired the architect.

Has dementia kicked in and he's forgotten about the hole in the ground opposite the West Wing? Have the plans been held up by damned regulations, checks and balances?

Has he found another architect? More pertinent, would any reputable, experienced practitioner or firm take this job on and hope to keep their reputation?

Although I believe that the Heritage Foundation is more on top of that these days. tsf is only concerned about his own immediate future.

They're the ones trying to create a thousand year reich.

There is a new architect and new design. It is huge. In some ways it’s better than the last crap, but is still quite ugly and stupid. Hope it’s easy to demolish in the future.

#2 They found out that The Pope was unlikely to accept any invitation to such

#3 Actually building the ballroom would contribute nothing to tearing down the United States of America,
other than increasing the national debt by the amount of whatever funds they can steal from the taxpayers....

That he was able to build the ballroom despite the 'checks and balances' is far more indicative of the sorry state of the union.

On edit: Demolished east wing - of course he hasn't built the ballroom.

And you probably replied before seeing my edit to that effect.

There seems to be a pattern. Do almost incalculable damage, have a little spell of dementia, check if the epstein files are still on the news, move on.

Architect fees are not simple to calculate and are the source of many insurance claims.
