Question: If the Orange Traitor starts a war with Iran, does it protect him from impeachment?

He conceivably could drag this out into a forever war to save his ugly ass.

But I believe Congress has to officially declare war for it to be war. If not then being at war is the only way to charge treason, with the death penalty applied so let’s follow the constitutional law and apply the obvious charges, that stared in 2016.
To all of em. Dump the bodies with Bin Laden so MAGA will not have a memorial site.
I know, we will miss having a Pee site, but they all do not deserve to be buried on American soil.

However, unless we can get a 2/3 majority in the Senate that will vote to convict, impeachment and removal isn't going to happen. Right now, I don't see a path for that to happen.

We can, however, if we try, get a majority in the House in the mid-terms. That will do some good.

But, we need to focus on that and on the 2028 election, and we need to focus hard on both. Unless we can get rid of Trump and enough Senators to ensure that we have at least a 60-vote majority in the Senate, it will all be for naught.

We need to get our shit together or we may just lose it all, permanently. That's going to require Democrats to get along with each other and to ensure that everyone who is progressive is on board. Can we do that? I sure hope so.

Problem is convincing enough Congress Critters, the US Media, and the Supreme Court that it's not a Presidential Duty to try to bury clear Criminal activity by unilaterally declaring War to try and protect him and his involvement.
