Judge Ho is so thirsty for that next Supreme Court opening that not only does he think the constitution permits posting the Ten Commandments in public schools but he barely stops short of saying the constitution straight up requires it

Idiot Ho doesn't understand (or Evil Ho pretends to not understand) that religious freedom means not having a particular religion promoted by the state. You know he'd strike down anything ordering the posting of something from the Quran.

Zorach said kids were allowed to LEAVE SCHOOL GROUNDS during free time to get religious instruction somewhere else.
I t actually affirmed religious instruction was not permissible in school.
His legal argument is embarrassing.
