Just curious here, because i firmly believe judge cannon will be appointed to the SC

My question is IF this happens who would be her replacement? Plus could that have consequences on Jack Smiths report? I was hoping a new judge could allow his report to be released?

And not confirmed if another person fails.

Will Thomas resign to make room, or are they waiting for Sotomayor to fall ill?
