Sen. Kaine " Is he too mentally incapacitated to realize....?"

“Has President Trump learned nothing from decades of U.S. meddling in Iran and forever wars in the Middle East? Is he too mentally incapacitated to realize that we had a diplomatic agreement with Iran that was keeping its nuclear program in check, until he ripped it up during his first term?

“For months, I have raised hell about the fact that the American people want lower prices, not more war—especially wars that aren’t authorized by Congress, as required by the Constitution, and don’t have a clear objective. These strikes are a colossal mistake, and I pray they do not cost our sons and daughters in uniform and at embassies throughout the region their lives. The Senate should immediately return to session and vote on my War Powers Resolution to block the use of U.S. forces in hostilities against Iran. Every single Senator needs to go on the record about this dangerous, unnecessary, and idiotic action.”

I'm tired of pundits discussing political and military strategy and odds to predict what Trump will do, when that has nothing to do with it.
He is not only mentally incapacitated, he has a personality disorder and a form of dementia that will compel him to be aggressive and irrational.
Analysis needs to focus on this at every turn. The world cannot stand 3 more years.

And tRump is one of those people

I've always tried to give more than I take. That leaves some for people who have greater need, but less ability. Trump and his ilk don't see it that way. Their ceaseless greed spurs them to want it all, and they'll never be satisfied with what they have. I actually pity them. They'll never know peace within themselves.

That doesn't stop me from wanting to kick their asses, though. 😁

As a malignant narcissist with psychopathic tendencies, other people are just toys and props to Trump, and their misfortunes are of no more consequence to him than the capture of a pawn on a chessboard.

To Trump, every person in the military is nothing but a pawn, and their welfare or whether they suffer or die is something his warped brain is incapable of generating any concern about. Anyone who still thinks of him as remotely competent or worthy of thir trust is crazier than he is.

I would pass a law that ALL AI content have an AI mark to identify it.

Even the Pope is upset that Priests are using AI to generate their Homilies and Sermons.
You expect an offering for that?

And some of us are calling them out about it, because it's made from stolen intellectual property and uses a TON of fresh water and energy to produce even a single image. They apparently use the same AI source because the style is consistent.

As a producer of online art, and the parent of one as well, this affects us personally.

I direct you to these responses on a thread for the reasons for objecting:

It's not always obvious. Usually you can tell if something seems a little "off." Like extra fingers on a hand, or an extra arm with no owner. Unusually misspelled text, or even outright gibberish. Stuff like that.

I don't currently publish online, but to promote oneself your work inevitably is online and at risk. I worry that everything I'm working long hours to learn will be moot before my career takes off. There is nothing to do but keep going. As a society, we need real artists.

Who knew that the oligarchs would figure out a way to take the already disproportionately low share of the economy artists already get. They always forget that they need people with income to buy their products, and seem to be forgetting that without artists they will have nothing to steal.
So thanks for keeping me in the loop.

It was OBAMA'S peace agreement. He has such a hard-on for destroying anything Obama accomplished that it is sinister as well as juvenile. We are in the spot we are now -- on every issue -- because we have a man-child in the Oval Office who is a phony strongman, a vindictive asshole, a dullard, and a self-centered egomaniac . . .
King Baby should be his title. And the people who still support him are so blinded by cult loyalty that it hinders any sane remedies.
He has never been fit to serve in any capacity in any office of the federal government.

I forgot, this is also about the future :
Distract from The Epstain files.
Declare that midterm elections must be canceled or postponed.
Declare martial law or some made-up wartime provision that keeps him in office.
This will help him get a Nobel Peace Prize next time!

I'm pretty sure this occurred sometime before 2015.

My question? If that's true, then why in the hell do "we the people" still allow him to proceed. At his current pace, we should be in another war by the end of the year. And of course, without anyone's approval.

How can this still be happening?

The Congress of The United States of America has NOT declared war on anyone!

The pResident alone launched this attack without the informed consent of the American people.

I am also sure there are ILLEGAL orders involved in this distraction from trump/Epstein files.

The only Iranian response that would make an impact would be a 9-11 type terror attack.

Sat Feb 28, 2026, 11:00 PM

That was made clear from the beginning. Trump is mentally ill as a megalomaniac sociopath narcissist, but I think what he did with Iran had rationale, though an incorrect one.

The idea that regime change in Iran will lead to a pro-western government after they have been attacked by Israel and the US is very illogical. Look at the level of resistance there was to our attempted governance of Iraq. This will likely be exponentially worse. I think the calculation is that Israel would rather be facing a divided failed state in Iran than the entity that they were facing.

I'm Jewish (though atheist) and am not saying this from an anti-Israel perspective. I'm just saying that I think this end game with Iran was in mind from the beginning when Trump ditched the agreement that John Kerry and Ernest Moniz negotiated. It's a feature, not a bug.
