Did RFK Jr. hurt himself he-manning?

And will he be operated on in a forest in a painkiller-free environment safe from the comforts of modern hospitals?

Kennedy is undergoing outpatient rotator cuff surgery today. www.medpagetoday.com/surgery/orth...

I watched a couple YouTube videos and have no doubt it’ll be successful. In fact, no one has ever seen a surgery so meticulously performed and all the other doctors will come up to me with tears in their eyes and say, “ Sir, you are the greatest surgeon in the history of medicine and believe you should receive the Nobel Prize in Medicine.”

can effect bones if taken for a long period of time and I also wonder if it can affect the tendons. I have osteopenia because I have had to take prednisone since my late teens for rheumatoid arthritis. My rheumatologist told me when you get to the age and younger, it is not unusual to tear the rotator cuff. Both of mine have been torn over the years. Luckily not so bad I need surgery—yet.

Most MAGA physicians advise the patient to bite down on a leather strap before the cutting begins. And no Tylenol, only high doses of aspirin to assist in the blood letting. And of course maggots in the wound to clean the eventual infection.

Nowadays we use lunar caustic and perhaps calomel dissolved in aqua fortis or muriatic acid.

No self-respecting chirurgeon would use maggots before that.

I fully expect to have a very strong physique when I get to his age (53 now)….as long as I don’t get injured. I do workout with heavy weights, lots of pull ups and distance running…definitely no steroids….i do need to work more on mobility though…that is a huge help for longevity. All of this hard work probably only adds 5 years to my life, but they are much higher quality years….i have zero pain anywhere for example now…maybe a tiny bit of heal pain that I need to watch with the running.

"Despite Kennedy's repeated denials of using "anabolic steroids," testosterone itself is legally classified as an anabolic steroid under the Anabolic Steroid Control Act of 1990. As WebMD explains, TRT can lead to improved muscle mass, increased energy, and reduced fat in men with clinically low testosterone. These benefits help maintain a more muscular physique, particularly in aging men, making it likely that TRT contributes to Kennedy's visible fitness."

After menopause, women often do hormone therapy. If this is the male equivalent in his age group, then maybe that’s not so bad. The article taken as a whole is less damning. There are many other things that he should absolutely be damned for though.

“ According to an article published by WebMD, "doses of testosterone used in TRT are small, designed to achieve natural levels of the hormone in the blood." Though still a steroid, it's only abused when athletes use doses as much as 10 to 100 times higher than those given medically, WebMD reports. The article goes on to say that this steroid is often "stacked" with others to further enhance building muscle.”

At least the prep has a lemon flavor.

But in the 70's I had a G.I. x-ray done, and back then I had to take 8 ounces of castor oil the night before.
I'd take today's prep over that any day.

. . . no matter what, STRETCH and WARM UP.

I'm 81, work out 4-5 times a week, workout is 45 minutes of bodyweight and free weights followed by 30 min on treadmill.

I stretch for 20 minutes before starting and stretch at certain times while working out.

I'll bet this dumbass jumped up, grabbed the pullup bar, felt "something pop" in shoulder. Now he'll be in a sling for 2-4 months, rehab for 6-8 months.

Wed Mar 11, 2026, 04:00 PM

I’m mid sixties, the last time I did a max bench press like Kegsbreath, maybe in college. I remember doing 225 lbs about 25 years ago just because my buddy said I couldn’t do my weight three times. And I even thought that was dumb to do in my forties.

Now it is 50 lb dumbbell, (MAX) on any press. Shoulders 25 lbs dumbbells, curls, 60 lbs.

The reason? So as not to hurt myself!

45 minute weight workouts, with minute to three minute breaks between. 30 minutes of stretching, no weights, 20 to 30 cardio.

The apps allow me to track how strenuous I rate each workout, in six months I have NOT had a strenuous workout, all medium or easy. Maybe once a week I will do 20 minutes of cardio and push the heart rate to 160 bpm.

The reason? So as not to hurt myself.

FFS it isn’t that hard, show a bit of maturity, there is zero reason for me to lift heavy weights, zero! Same with Kennedy, show some maturity you old fool.
