Question - When we take control of Congress this November

He ruled that gratuities are legal. So as long as the payola came in after the vote he and the sinister six have covered themselves

Say if a justice were to rob a bank, sure. But proving and convicting to the level of an impeachment for even low level crime conviction would be next to impossible.

It only requires that sixty-six Senators have the will to do so.
