Say I'm working as a chef at a restaurant

I lace someone's food with cyanide, but I put a "CYANIDE IN FOOD" little flag on this plate, and the other chefs and waiters catch it, and even if they don't, there would be a another person eating food saying "HEY THERE'S CYANIDE IN THAT FOOD"

But the food is caught and the other chefs and waiters are wagging their finger at me while grinning and saying "oh ck4829, you scamp, oh we caught you this time"

If it is you dining, you are outraged, you call the police saying you were almost poisoned, but they come and join me and my colleagues in laughing about it because, hey, the "system works" because the poison-laced food never actually ended up at a table.

You wouldn't want to eat there anymore, "if I could give this 0 stars I would", "do not take your family here unless you want to kill them and yourself" would be your reviews, right?

Say I have that fancy driver assistance system in my car, does that mean I can drive blindfolded; don't worry, the technology and other drivers will keep me in check, right? No, I shouldn't be driving blindfolded!

This is a post about Trumpgrets though. This is what this post is about...

Nancy, 55, Ariz., white, independent, operations
Well, I’m an independent. Frankly, I just wasn’t a fan of Kamala. It was the lesser of two evils. I could have written in somebody, but I felt like I had a better chance of a little hope with Trump. I was hoping that Congress and other branches would keep him in check, and that he’d have better advisers, and that maybe the second go-around, he’d learn some lessons. But it seems like it’s just total chaos.

I don't want Nancy's vote. I don't want Nancy's support. I don't want Nancy's approval. And you know this Nancy is not the only Nancy.

A voter like Nancy is the glitch in the system.

What the eff! Just say you voted to ruin the country because you don't like how she laughs.
