3. IMO "Reform" is a vague kind of weasel word

Let’s come right out and say it:

If the damage of the Trump era is to be repaired, The court must be expanded, and the filibuster must be killed to do so.

Sure, legislate a judicial code of ethics, etc. but without expanding the court and neutralizing the current MAGA majority, there can be no reform.

We will be lucky to hold onto the seats in the Congress at this point. But I’m sure the green party will use it against us to further weaken progress. MAGA thanks them in advance.

9. For me it's not so much a question of doing it or not

It's about how to do it and then shut the door on Republicans doing it again later.

The only way that I could see doing that would be to admit some new states and essentially pack the Senate at the same time to prevent Republicans from being able to take that chamber.
