When it all feels too heavy, put it down for a while.

When it all feels too heavy, put it down for a while.

Do not let it break you, or turn you into the thing you despise.

We’ve been fighting this madness for a while. It’s ok to feel weary.

Do not spiral into despair. Hang tough.

We’re in it together. We’ll get through it.

Together.

The fight against the current iteration of Republicans will be long and progress slow. Volunteer locally to help read to kids or with Special Olympics (their summer competition is coming up). It helps with how heavy the world is right now.
