Can we NOW work to expand the Supreme Court?

And make other reforms

Like Term limits

Methods/rules by which the court maintains some minimal level of balance

That's just off the top of my head and written in DEEP fucking anger

But the rest we should consider. Granted just expanding the court might lead to a one up every time one party controls the presidency and Congress.

But also it will need more than just judicial reform because then you have to get cases to the court, so you need laws to change.

Without expansion, and killing the filibuster to do so, there can be no restoration of lost rights, and no repair of the damage from the Trump era.

Any other judicial reforms would likely require a constitutional amendment.

Expansion only requires electing enough courageous democrats to get it done.

Then each subsequent President who serves >2 years should be allowed one (and only one) appointment to the Court.

Each nomination must be confirmed or rejected by the Senate within 100 days of the nomination.

These things take time don't let the perfect be the enemy of the good you are not being practical you can't get everything you want immediately it isn't possible we don't have the seats you don't understand how these things work don't get me wrong I agree with you but that's not realistic we can't do that right now we need to focus on winning first the people will never go for anything so radical we live in a center-right country time to face reality the Republicans will attack us don't give Fox News ammunition things are not as bad as you are claiming do you want us to lose elections you are just discouraging people

Candidates for President, Senate, and the House should publicly approve the idea or quit.

The six Right-Wing ideological operatives posing as jurists have to be sidelined. And don't get squishy about it. The current court is the product of a long-term project that began when Reagan nominated Bork.
