Anyone have any opinions they'd like to share? I do!
I really like their independent news gathering from Carol Loenig and others. So far I don't miss their access to NBC. They have a good foreign affairs journalist stationed in Dubai who covers the Iran war very well, too.
But what I really like is their recent series of interviews with voters that flips the old "white maga voter in a diner" stereotype on its head. Lately, when they cover trump's abysmal poll numbers, they pivot to man or woman on the street interviews in which people of all stripes give their opinions about affordability or other issues. It's amazing how easy it is to find voters who disapprove of the president just as these polls show. Not sure when other outlets will figure this out.
Of course, their evening programming, especially Lawrence, remains great.

(8,122 posts)The number of commercials has become so excessive, I can no longer watch. Especially the screaming commercials, like Coventry Direct ("Even a TERM POLICY!"
.
I think they're up to 30+ commercials in a 1-hour block of Nicole Wallace.

(11,462 posts)Stephanie at 11. I don't watch straight through but catch enough of all of them to be thankful that we have them given how the rest of the news seem to be taking a hard turn to the right. The hosts are intelligent, informative, and have great guests. And they careful to get their facts straight

Hubby likes most all of them except Simone (the bald woman on later in the day). I think she's a little much but she has toned down her gesturing quite a bit.
