Other than being an asshole. ( and all Republicans are assholes)

Repubs did try to make it an Obama issue. Assholes refuse to take responsibility of their mistakes. Or in this case Robert’s being a Republican (again Republican is synonymous with Asshole.)

Written by some " witty" New York Post writer at the time. But at least he/she assigned blame correctly.

I remember sitting in my living room just bawling my eyes out at this historic moment. The crowds were absolutely amazing. I was on cloud nine for days after that and felt like our country was on the right track. I think that's why this abomination we have now disturbs me to no end.

Especially if this assmunch gets to appoint anymore justices (hopefully if we win in Nov we can McConnel him). Hell, I would go so far as resetting the entire Federal Bench IF we have the votes. Screw precedence. This is a fight to the death. We can always reset the courts once we're done then let them hope they can win FAIRLY and do it themselves. Just an opinion IF the opportunity presents itself

10 justices, 5 conservative, 5 liberal. The 5 additional independent (no party) that most be voted on unanimously by the 10 justices. The 5 additional serve 1 year terms
