Seeing the disaster speech at the G7 , its obvious Trump can't be in charge of anything. He forgets what he says from one sentence to another and is about to drop dead.

We haven't heard of Steven Miller in a while. He seems to have disappeared.

Rubio is too submissive and craven to be the mastermind.

It's certainly nobody in congress, they are just his lapdog.
