This was a stop on our way to the cliffs. It was amazing.
Ireland was on my bucket list.
Chicago is now on that list. Hopefully I will be able to visit next year.

(1,272 posts)It only rained two days of the two weeks we were there. In October lol. We got to watch and celebrate Ireland's soccer win against Garbraltar in a local pub (October 2023)

(36,770 posts)to us and hugged us. Some talked of their family who worked in NYC that had died. It was soooooooo sad, yet so comforting. We loved Ireland. im all Irish. ☘️ 🥰 ☘️

(1,272 posts)They emigrated to England during the famine. Worked in the coal mines. My great grandfather was born in England and emigrated to the states when he was a young man.
