The company that got the pool no-bid contract was Greenwater Services(!)

They obviously have no experience at this scale.

And it sounds like the entire notion of a "coating" was insane from the get go.

Why not bluewater or clearwater or whitewater or purewater? Green is the color forgotten foods at the back of your fridge turn.

But you have to give them credit. True to their word for the reflecting pool project.
