11. The Margolies cartoon ("We have the framework for the concept of a plan to seeif...") reminds me of the mayor of....

......Jerusalem years ago when he was explaining his position on negotiating with Arab residents of his city concerning access to their holy sites. Negotiating to him was talking something to death, in a time honored Jewish tradition.
