I am really sick and tired of the MSM

Speaking about this guy like he’s a rational, grounded, knowledgeable individual who has any concept of reality, cause and effect, protocol, or a relationship with facts.

On every, and I mean EVERY network, station, and broadcast, the moderator will make a statement such as the following, “President Trump will be meeting today with so-and-so to discuss the policy and ramifications of such-and-such. In the past he has demonstrated that he has a hard-line approach toward the blah blah and we will have to wait and see what he decides to implement following the meeting, given the complexities and the personalities of the various (heads of state/governors/senators/CEO’s, etc.) involved in the process.”

This is a guy who can’t complete a single sentence without wandering into a senile self-aggrandizement, who has no grasp of history, technology, science, or even human emotions, who regularly sharts himself voluminously, and who has little or no connection with reality, to say nothing of the body politic. The notion that he could have a rational discussion with anyone about anything other than ordering Diet Coke is absurd. It’s like explaining alternate side of the street parking regulations to a cockroach.

I have spoken!

And I have thought it even when he had his first term. He has been nothing but a willfully ignorant, criminal, incurious and self-serving, racist, delusional, pretender, in way over his head. It’s just gotten so bad now, his incompetence is amplified exponentially. I, too, get so angry when seeing headlines or chyrons like you describe. Who is really running things in this government? Vance and Rubio seem like they’re nothing more than his cowed foot soldiers.

If they just ignored him, there would be too much empty air space to fill up. Let's imagine an honest broadcast:
"The unsteady and seemingly confused president, being propped up by his handlers was transported to a meeting where under normal circumstances, some kind of negotiation is supposed to take place. Who is actually capable of and authorized by the administration to negotiate remains unknown. More of the same for tomorrow and the next day and then the next. Be sure to check in tomorrow where we will very likely be reporting more of the same. In the meantime, we take you to Kukla, Fran and Ollie."

Like they haven't had their federal funding cut to zero, thus have no reason whatsoever NOT to report the damn truth. But no. They hide behind some guise of "objectivity" when reality is staring them right in the damn face. They're a cultural class of naval gazers and circle jerkers.

Do not think whatever state Trump is in, he is coming back from.

Publicly, he used profanities and obscenities at G7.

Some are saying he has frontotemporal dementia in addition to his malignant narcissism.

Whatever is fed to them by Chump's press staffers, that's what they read on the air and call it "news." It's the laziest and stupidest thing I've ever seen. They don't deserve to call themselves reporters because they aren't "reporting" shit. And as you say, they're doing their best to make it sound normal, and we ALL know this isn't normal!

They are all trying to tell us that we don't see what we see.

They are trying to tell us that we don't hear what we hear.

They are trying to tell us that we don't know what we know.

But we do!!!! Some things are obvious. Like when you're watching an older person decline. It's natural. It's expected. It's not something that can be hidden.

Trump is NOT a young man. He is EIGHTY FUCKING YEARS OLD. The media tore into Joe Biden, and yet hey give Donnie a pass on everything, it seems.

Who is making them do that? The media is no longer credible. I don't even watch any of it any more. I watch the few who were cast aside and who I feel might be a little truthful. Like Jim Acosta and Don Lemon, and a few others.

The rest are just ass kissers as far as I'm concerned.

I had it with them when they piled on President Biden. His age and experience are what made him so successful in bringing the country back after Covid. His compassion and empathy were what connected him to Americans of all stripes. There was never any comparison between him and the criminal psychopath in the WH now. And that thing is old now, too, and much worse in all aspects than its predecessor. The agenda is clear for us all to see: currying favor for money and power. The only people I watch on tv now are Lawrence O'Donnell, Rachel Maddow, and Nicole Wallace. I never watch network tv. I'm 76 and enjoy the reruns of old shows. Otherwise, I read.
