But, Trump is destroying each of them, in my opinion, as a favor to the old KGB Captain, Vladimir Putin.

Putin wants the intelligence agencies of America gone. He blames them, to a large degree, for the destruction of the old Soviet empire.

Now, he has a tool, Donald Trump, that is willing to do the job for him. If Trump was serious about the intelligence gatherers, he would not appoint the incompetent boobs he has put in place. It is obvious.

When you are operating daily in a sphere of corruption and crime, you do not need the CIA or the FBI looking over your shoulder.

It's best they be decimated.

But it seems less destroying and more turning such agencies into partisan weapons for the right – still effective but a threat to citizens’ rights and protected liberties.

Trump’s lawless DOJ engaging in meritless, partisan prosecutions of Trump’s perceived ‘enemies’ being an example.
