EL NIO and Fertilizer

Been seeing multiple articles about the coming El Niño and the disruption in fertilizer. Hopefully this will not be as bad as some are predicting, but democrats would be wise in letting people know now , that the fertilizer disruption is all on the republicans for allowing drumpf to create chaos.
Republicans could have stopped this at any time.

That will be the big story this fall floods,drought and el nio equals food shortages ,riots and famines.

A food shortage of some kind, yeah. Probably. Severe enough to lead to rioting and famine? That's a big, BIG leap. Higher prices and occasional empty spots on store shelves are far more likely. Let's keep a little perspective on magnitudes for now.
