by forcing Russia to rely on an ever-smaller set of vulnerable supply routes. Given the sustained operations there, I'm now leaning into 'Ukraine will attempt to logistically isolate Crimea' as one of their broader war goals. If that's the case, kinda looks like it's working.

Which is pretty much what Ukraine has done. As mentioned above by Tourchlight, the few remaining supply routes have become quite dangerous. With supply convoys limited to pretty much Russian military only, daily life in Crimea is becoming untenable.
