fairly well. I heard a story about a tenant who met up with him in an elevator and trump asked him how things were going with his apartment. This person said that he seemed genuinely concerned.

He kowtows to the tenants, not the other way around.

Your point, however, is well taken. There was a piece on the ABC Evening News tonight that showed how the Iranians were flaunting their independence in his face. They are going to make him pay. There is no way out for trump on this one. He is going down to certain defeat because, as you say, he is delusional. .

2. He's harmed his own popularity by getting into politics.

And he has found the temptation to abuse his office to be irresistible.

Listening to his press conferences, where he keeps saying, "They desperately want to make a deal" is comical.
