Put on a town hall, even if the politician in question is just too busy (scared) to be there in person.

It seems that many of our legislators don't have the guts to do town halls, because they're scared. Of us.
Rolling Stone reported on Feb 26, 2025, that GOP leaders advise lawmakers to simply stop hosting town halls: Republicans have been bombarded by backlash. The party’s solution is to turn and run.

They won't show up? Here's a solution--those life-size cardboard cutouts --use them to put on a show! In 2017 that's exactly what 500 citizens in Tampa, Florida did with a cardboard Marco Rubio. Around that time constituents in Miami held a town with an empty suit where Rubio should have been.

We could create questions to fit the content of the actual quotes from the politician. from news stories, their websites, interviews and written responses to constituents' emails.

I'm going to pursue this in my local area--I'll keep you posted .

As Gabby Giffords, a model of courage, said in 2017, “To the politicians who have abandoned their civic obligations, I say this: Have some courage. Face your constituents. Hold town halls." Yes, ma'am!

and if there is a Democratic opponent, hold a town hall with them as well, except a live person will give the answers.
