More network weirdness tonight, folks (DU downtime Saturday night)

We seem to have been experiencing more network problems this evening. This was not the exact same problem as the one that occurred the other day, although it's possible that both issues have the same root cause.

We're monitoring the situation and have returned the site to "registered members only" mode in order to cut down on the amount of incoming traffic. If you are a registered DU member you should be able to sign in and post on the site as normal.

It's possible that the issue will persist this evening, although so far we're seeing signs that it is working itself out. If the issue continues we'll continue to address it with our service provider, but hopefully this was just a temporary problem.

I guess I missed it, was watching a long video and when it was over I had no issues.

12. I ran lots of servers. When there was a serious problem, it was the fault of our network genius or Cisco.
